You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving an item purchased from Feraco.
How to start
Email support@feracojewelry.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Eligibility
Items in new, unused condition may be returned within the 60-day period. Under our 60-day guarantee, one worn or used item per customer may also be returned for a refund. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before shipping it.
Return shipping
After approving a return, we provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund; we will explain any deduction when we approve your request. Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.
Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive and inspect a return, we email our decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us to request an exchange and we will explain the available options for your item.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and explain the available resolution.
