RETURN POLICY

If you don't like the product, or if it just doesn't work for you, return it. Within 60 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at feracoservice@outlook.com. Provide your order number and briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label with instructions. When we receive your package, we will refund the credit card you paid with for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).

As part of our 60-day guarantee, only one worn/used item may be returned per customer for a refund. All merchandise in new, unused condition, may be returned within 60 days.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
