All our products are shipped from our fulfillment center and will be delivered by one of our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics). In some cases, if you purchased multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.

Warranty

Yes, all Feraco products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one year from the original purchase date. If there are any issues with the parts or mechanics of the product due to our fault, we will repair or replace the product for free. However, please note that the warranty does not cover abuse, water damage, accidental damage, scratches, lost items, theft, or everyday wear and tear. Product Care

The answer depends on the material of your magnetic bracelet. Our stainless steel, titanium, and magnetic hematite bead bracelets are waterproof and will not tarnish. However, our copper jewelry is not waterproof and will patina and tarnish if worn in water. Additionally, chlorine and saltwater can damage the copper material.

To keep your Feraco bracelet looking its best, we recommend following our care instructions and avoiding wearing copper jewelry while bathing or swimming. If you do choose to wear your bracelet in water, make sure to dry it thoroughly afterward.

To clean your Feraco jewelry, use a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water. Avoid using soap, toothpaste, or any abrasive materials that could damage the coating or color of the bracelet. If you use a damp cloth to clean, be sure to dry the bracelet with a different, dry non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
